Tips on how to get skinny legs





To effectively slim down your legs you should exercise your full body, not just your legs, and  have a good diet , it is important to cut starchy foods out of your diet.
Try these simple methods to get skinny legs:

Use stairs:

Using stairs every day can help burning fat and make the legs skinnier, it is important to use stairs instead of the left to help burn fat quickly.

Squat exercises:

Squats are an excellent exercise for training the lower body

How to do it:

1- Stand tall with your feet hip width apart and your arms down by your side
2 -Slowly bring your bottom down towards the floor while bending your knees
3- As you are lowering into the squat your arms will start to raise out in front of you for balance
4- The lower body should be parallel with the floor and your chest should be lifted at all times not rounded.
5- Pause then lift back up in a controlled movement to the starting position
6- do these squats about 20 times

Go running:


 Running will use more energy and in turn help burn fat. Try to do this at least three times per week.

Other tips

1- drink lots of water : you should be drinking 8-10 glasses per day
2- Avoid high-fat and sugary foods.
3- Eat more protein
4- Add daily servings of fruits and vegetables.
