Planning meals is hard especially if you want to lose weight. I have a plan that helped me lose weight before and I want to share it with you. I have lost 7 kilos “15.4324 pounds” in 1 week.
Before you start this plan you should do the following steps:
1- Plan at least 30 minutes workouts 5 times a week
2- Stop eating sugar
3- Stop drinking soda and diet soda
4- You can drink tea and coffee but without sugar
5- Drink at least 7 cups of water
Now lets start with the diet plan:
First day:
breakfast: 1 cucumber + 2 boiled eggs
lunch: Piece of skinless chicken breast + Flaxseed combined with yogurt
Dinner: 2 boiled eggs + vegetable salad
Second day:
breakfast: 2 boiled eggs + smoked salmon
lunch: Piece of steak + vegetable salad
Dinner: Yogurt
Third day:
breakfast: 2 boiled eggs+ 1 cucumber + smoked salmon
lunch: tuna can without oil + 2 kiwi
Dinner: Yogurt
Fourth day:
breakfast: 1 cucumber + 2 pieces of salt-free cheese
lunch: Piece of skinless chicken breast grilled or boiled
Dinner: 1 cup of fat free milk
Fifth day :
breakfast: 1cucumber + 2 boiled eggs
lunch: boiled beef + vegetable salad with 1 spoon of flaxseed
Dinner: plate of steamed vegetables
Sixth day :
breakfast: 1cucumber + 2 boiled eggs + smoked salmon
lunch: tuna can without oil + vegetable salad
Dinner: 1 cup of fat free milk
Seventh day:
breakfast: 2 boiled eggs+ 1 cucumber + 1 piece of salt-free cheese
lunch: grilled fish + vegetable salad
Dinner: 1 cup of milk + 1 piece of salt-free cheese
